On 20 July 2016, the ACS Class of 74/76 invited former ACS staff to celebrate ACS 130th at Zaffron Kitchen – acclaimed for its authentic north and south Indian cuisine and recipient of the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand Award.

It was a pleasant evening catching up with old friends. PG Samuel recited a poem, Lau Cheng Hock read an essay and Joseph Lee sang Paul Anka’s hit The Time of Your Life – as we recalled our school days at ACS.

Distinguished ACSians Mr Ying Yoke Kong, Mr Wee Kim Cheng and Mr Wan Fook Weng did the honours to cut the anniversary cake and led us in singing our beloved ACS Anthem.

We also took the opportunity to raise funds for the ACS OBA Retired Teachers’ Welfare Fund. Truly, To God Be The Glory, The Best Is Yet To Be!
