The ACS Board of Governors plays an important role in the affairs and management of the ACS family of schools.

Besides administrative matters such as staffing, budgeting and fund raising, the Board has the authority to formulate general policies for the Schools in line with the aims and policies of the Ministry of Education and the Methodist Church in Singapore.
